West Carroll Primary P-3, Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration
2026/2027 School Year
Thursday, April16th from 1:00-6:00 pm
West Carroll Primary School, McLemoresville, Tennessee

• If your child is P4, going into Kindergarten, he/she does not come to registration. Their information will roll over to the 2026/2027 school year.

• Child Find- Please bring your child with you to registration. As a part of Child Find, your child will be screened for speech/language, vision, hearing, and development.

• To be eligible, students must live in the West Carroll Special School District.

P-3 Students must be 3 by April 1, 2026
Pre-K Students must be 4 by August 15th, 2026
Kindergarten Students must be 5 by August 15th, 2026

Required Documents for P-3 and Pre-K class:

• Birth certificate (certified, not mother’s copy)

• Child’s social security number

• TN Certificate of Immunizations & Physical (must be completed, signed, and checked on the TN Immunization form by the doctor or health department)

• Two (2) Forms of Proof of Residency (Rent or mortgage receipt & electric bill)

• Proof of insurance

• Proof of income

Required Documents for Kindergarten:
